Mannema Motordrom GmbH (MM for short) reserves the right to postpone or combine events. The arrival of all participants must be at least 15 minutes before the start of the event. The free use of rental helmets requires the wearing of a balaclava, these can be obtained from us at a unit price of 2.50 euros. With the booking the participant accepts the general terms and conditions and the track rules. The booking by phone, fax, e-mail or in person is binding after confirmation by MM. In case of withdrawal, cancellation or no-show MM may charge without further proof:

• up to 21 days before the booked date free of charge

• up to 14 days before the booked date 30% of the booking amount

• up to 7 days before the booked date 50% of the booking sum

• up to the penultimate working day before the booked date 70% of the booking sum thereafter 100% of the booking amount.
